New Pork City.
The current location of Lucas.

It has been three years since the tragic incident that effected Lucas, the timid young man, Flint, his father, and Claus, his brother.
Hinawa, the mother of the family, died, due to a Drago that had been mechanized due to the Pigmask Army, headed by Porky.

Lucas had been sitting in a small diner, near the helipad that had brought him to New Pork City. He hated it here, but he had to find the final needle, and he knew it had to be here somewhere. His friends, Duster, Kumatora, and Boney, were dead. And he had to face that fact. They were killed by the last attack the mysterious Masked Man had dealt to the party (Not actaully canon.) Atleast, this was what Lucas had thought had happened. He dropped 50 DP (Dragon Power) on the table, and stood up, having paid for a hamburger that was far too large for him to eat in a reasonable amount of time. He trotted outside, adjusting his scarf, and then stared at the huge, tall towering skyscraper that formed the notable landmark of NPC.
He rested the stick he was using for a weapon on his shoulder, and sighed, deciding to take a small detour, hoping he could find someone to assist him on the final stretch of his adventure.
