Detailed Description
Tall, far taller than most ponies, even unicorns his height almost reaches that of Celestia, probably somewhere around Luna. However despite this he is thin, lanky, and relativly weak. Not muscle bound, but intelligent. His golden mane is usually well groomed and silky. His puple eyes are always deep and thoughful...if almost distant.

Detailed History
He grew up a young and mostly misunderstood genius in a household of geniuses. He was smarter than the rest of them and as soon as he could left for higher education. He passed tough college and medschool by thirteen and practiced medicine till 18. Where upon ponies in Canterlot had noticed his genius, from the gentry to the military. After consideration the military thought they could use his genius, and they were right, however shortly afterwards the princesses noticed as well and moved him higher up. Now he sits directly below them in power, as a "Protector of the State" It is his duty to arrange budgeting, military movements, civil projects, and more to limit the number of deaths in the kingdom.
